Decorator For Hire will evaluate your home and give a verbal report 
on what can be done, should be done and what must be done.
As well as answer any questions you may have as a seller.

and suggestions for what you may need.

      • Add accessories if needed*

        •                    $100 per hour (3hr min.)
Aditional hours for all packages can be added at a rate of $100 an hour.
*Accessories can be added to occupied homes for a flat piece by piece rental fee, room fee or purchase price.

 

 

Custom Model Home Staging
 
Decorator For Hire will hand pick furnishings and decor that
compliment your homes style and appeal to your areas buyers. 
 
Standard Staging -  
Selling a home is stressful enough, without having to worry about staging, decorating, renting furniture, etc. So once you pay me to get the job done, you can sit back and relax. I will select the perfect furniture and accessories for your home. The quoted amount will inlcude aquiring all items, delivery, installation, and removal. Rental fees will only apply starting on the first full month the home is staged.  
 
 
REMEMBER the money you spend on staging is an investment .  Paying to have your home professionally staged costs less than your first price reduction, if you chose not to stage at all.
